Happy Thanksgiving!

Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Capozzi’s first grade class stuffed their turkeys a bit early, with the help of Mrs. Spisak. The students had fun getting in the holiday spirit!
Ms. Anderson's class read Dino-Thanksgiving and completed a reading comprehension activity afterwards!





Miss Sullivan's Kindergarten class learned the history of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The kids got to see how the puppeteers make the balloons and read the story called 'Balloons Over Broadway'. After reading the story, the kids got to design their own balloons with aluminum foil and lamination. They were hung up for everyone to see their own balloon parade!





The only way to have a friend, is to be one. Congrats to our Kind Kid(s) of the week and our honorable mentions!





Mrs. Colucci & Ms. Mack's 6th grade class continued learning about Mesopotamia by rotating between six stations that talked about the politics, economy, society, achievements, religion, and geography at that time.

PTA Fall Clothing Drive is tomorrow!

This week, Miss Sullivan's Kindergarten class has been learning about Veteran's Day. They learned how it's a day to honor America's veterans for their love of our country. Each student got a small piece of paper that they colored. When they put it together, it showed the flag and a message to all that served our country.

Coffee with the Superintendent originally scheduled for 11/12 has been rescheduled for 12/3 at 6:30 pm

Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Capozzi’s 1st grade class finished their unit on “Stellaluna” and learned lots of facts about bats. The children enjoyed all the activities that they completed on the story!

How many rubber bands does it take to explode a pumpkin? Our 4th grade class tested it out with Mrs. Wasilewski....300!
