Big excitement in Ms. Meszaros & Mrs. Hughes' 5th grade class today — three monarch butterflies made their grand entrance from their chrysalis! 🦋 Even Mr. Chidiac and Mrs. Lowe were able to join in on the fun!
That can only mean one thing… Ms. Meszaros’ Monarch Program has officially taken flight!🦋

Today's Pre-K Orientation was filled with lots of smiles! Our new students met their teachers, visited their classrooms, and took their first steps into an amazing year ahead! 🌟✏️







Superintendent Chidiac led our New Staff Orientation today, preparing our newest school family members to Soar Towards Success as we get ready for a wonderful year ahead!




PYJSBA Baseball & Softball Summer Opportunities


We had two Principals of the Day, and they did an amazing job spreading smiles around the school!
They helped deliver special treats to our staff and showed great leadership along the way.
Way to go, Principals — thanks for helping make the day a little brighter!





Eagleswood PTA Thundering Surf Summer Sale! Just $38 each!


Our 4th graders became body engineers! 🧠🖐️ They built robotic fingers to see how tendons pull on bones to help our joints move—just like in real hands!








Kicking off June with lots of kindness and this being another extra special group nominated by their classmates! Congrats!

Fifth grade is patiently waiting for monarchs to lay eggs on our milkweed. Thanks again to this awesome 5th grader and her family for making our sign for the garden. It’s perfect!🦋



6th grade ventured to Island Beach State Park, exploring the ecology of the local Barnegat Bay while also completing a beach cleanup!









Yesterday, 6th grade enjoyed popsicles with 1st grade to thank them for placing 3rd in the Coin Wars! Their support helped fund the 6th grade trip to Medieval Times. Thank you, 1st grade!

It’s a Kind Kids May round-up! Congrats to our Kind Kids who were nominated by their classmates, which made it extra special! There are no small acts of kindness….they all count!




What an amazing Field Day! A huge thank you to Miss Taylor, your planning and organization made the day run so smoothly – we’re so grateful for your energy and creativity.
Thank you to our amazing PTA for running the event and providing all the fun activities the kids enjoyed so much.

MAC Club explored peer pressure and decision making, learning about direct vs. indirect peer pressure. Students practiced skits and played ‘What Would You Do?’ to apply what they learned.







Some of our students had a great time playing kickball during Sports with the Superintendent! A fun and active way to connect!
