Mrs. Lee’s 1st grade class worked really hard designing and creating their Leprechaun traps. They believe they have a good chance of catching him! They also had a visit from Silly McGilly who left quite a mess in their room. He’s so mischievous!

Ms. Candurra & Ms. Anderson's 3rd grade class worked so hard at mastering their multiplication facts. They are so proud of them and their accomplishments! They had a fun time celebrating with an ice cream party!

In STEAM, students created Candy Heart Dispensers using a limited number of materials (toilet paper rolls, 1ft of aluminum foil, scissors, tape, markers, and candy hearts). Students worked in groups to complete this activity, and through trial and error, they employed their problem-solving skills and utilized their imaginations to craft charming Candy Heart Dispensers!

Our 3rd grade class had a trust lesson with Miss Shingelo. Each student had to assist their blindfolded classmate cross the island! They then exchanged positive message hearts to lift each other up! ❤️

In the spirit of promoting kindness and compassion for each other, Mrs. Dengel and Mrs. Hughes’s 4th graders were put in a sticky situation. They were instructed by Mrs. Carlo to get ALL the toothpaste out then attempt to put it all back in. The class was ambitious and persisted, but found the task to be impossible. The sticky toothpaste was everywhere. Just like name-calling and “put-downs” once they’re said to others, they stick and it’s impossible to take them back. They worked together to share times words “stuck” and how to use words to build each other up. Good work 4th grade!

Thank you to our PTA for a fun night of Candy Bar Bingo! 🍫

Mrs. Lee’s 1st grade class enjoyed watching Punxsutawney Phil’s prediction and were excited for an early Spring, well, some of them! They made their own groundhog craft to celebrate with their hats. 1st grade says, "Come on Spring!"
