Dear Eagleswood Community,

I am truly honored to be the Superintendent/ Principal of Eagleswood Township Elementary School  District. The 2022-23 school year marked my first year in this tiny gem that is full of devoted staff, friendly students, many involved members of the community, and dedicated members of the Board of Education. 

This year marks my 27th year in public education.  My most recent experience includes the Director of Curriculum and Instruction in Riverside Township schools, PK-12.  I have also served as an elementary principal in Lumberton and North Hanover school districts.  The majority of my educational experience, 17 years, was spent in Bordentown schools teaching in an elementary inclusion classroom serving both regular education students and students with special needs. 

Eagleswood Township Elementary School is a forward- thinking district aiming to prepare our students for a rapidly changing world. We are a professional learning community with a keen focus on learning through collaboration, creativity, and leadership at all levels in the organization, ensuring collective efficacy in our learning community.

It is my philosophy that the culture of a district and its collective ability to welcome and engage learners, is rooted in the mutual respect we share for each other which allows us to keep our focus and attention on our most important asset… the students.  My goal is to support the Eagleswood staff, families and the community so we can work together to ensure that all our students develop academically, socially and emotionally through a safe and supportive environment rich with great character while developing an enthusiasm for learning.  EES is:
